The four rights

1. The right to see everything

You can view the full record NurseAider holds about you — application, assessment results, references, clinical notes, contracts, welfare check-ins, and audit notes — at any time through the aide portal. There are no hidden fields.

2. The right to export

You can export your full record as a structured file (PDF + JSON) at any time. The exported record is signed by NurseAider and can be presented to any other employer, agency, or training provider. We do not own your career.

3. The right to correct

Anything in your record that is wrong, outdated, or misleading can be corrected on your request within five business days. If we disagree with a correction, we annotate the record with your dispute rather than overruling you.

4. The right to withdraw

You can withdraw your application or terminate your account at any stage. On withdrawal, we retain the minimum data required for legal compliance and delete everything else within 30 days. We do not gatekeep withdrawal; there is no "exit fee."

What we hold, and why

The data NurseAider holds about you is one of four categories:

We do not collect: biometric data, social media monitoring data, location tracking, religious or political data, sexual orientation, or any data category we cannot directly tie to the four functions above.

Who sees your data

Three categories of access exist:

Consent is per-placement, not blanket

If you apply for Mauritius and decline a Singapore match, the Singapore facility never sees your details. We do not pre-share aides across the network.

How long we keep things

Where your data lives

Aide data is held on infrastructure governed by Singapore data protection law (PDPA) with regional data localisation in the destination country. Cross-border transfer is on the basis of adequacy or standard contractual clauses. The full data flow diagram is available on request.

Contact

Privacy questions, data requests, or breach notifications go to privacy@nurseaider.com. We aim to respond within five business days and resolve within 30.
