Below is every fee that exists in the NurseAider system, who pays it, when it's payable, and what it pays for. There are no fees not on this list. There are no hidden margins, retainers, or success kickers that are not on this list.

For the Indonesia → destination corridor, the applicant-funded programme figures below are pulled live from the platform — when NurseAider updates a price, this table updates automatically. No aide ever pays a recruitment fee; these cover accredited training, assessment, mobility and onboarding.

How to verify this is true

Three checks anyone can do:

1. Read your offer letter. Pay, hours, leave, and "deductions" are all itemised. There are no NurseAider-related deductions. Ever.
2. Ask your assessor for the fee disclosure form. Every aide receives the per-contract fee disclosure on the day of contract signing. Compare it to this page.
3. Report any discrepancy. If anything you're told contradicts this page, email integrity@nurseaider.com. The inbox is monitored by an officer who reports directly to the board.
