Our pledge

NurseAider Pte Ltd commits to the following standards in every country we operate in, every cohort we run, and every aide we onboard. These standards are enforced via the five Officer Declarations signed by an accountable officer at each NurseAider tenant.

1. Zero fees from workers — under any name

Aides do not pay for placement, training, assessment, documentation, processing, visa application, flights, accommodation, uniforms, or any other component of the pathway. The full fee structure is published at /fee-disclosure.

2. No passport retention

No NurseAider partner facility retains aides' passports, identity documents, or visa documents under any circumstance. Aides keep their identity documents in their possession at all times.

3. No debt bondage

Aides may not be required to repay any fee, bond, deposit, training cost, or "investment" through wage deduction, indenture, or contract obligation. There is no contractual penalty for resignation.

4. Right to leave

Aides retain the right to terminate their contract, return home, and have their flight paid for under conditions specified in the contract. The right to leave is non-waivable.

5. Independent welfare check-ins

Welfare check-ins occur at day 7, day 30, day 90, and quarterly thereafter for the duration of the contract. Check-ins are conducted by NurseAider, not by the facility, and are confidential.

6. Reporting and remediation

Any aide may report concerns through integrity@nurseaider.com. The inbox is monitored by an officer who reports directly to the NurseAider board. Retaliation against an aide who reports is treated as a breach of the Officer Declaration by the partner facility and results in termination of the facility's network access.

7. No subcontracting

NurseAider does not subcontract recruitment, assessment, or placement to third-party agencies. Every step is conducted by NurseAider staff or named RTO assessors.

8. Annual external audit

Cohort welfare data, fee disclosure compliance, and Officer Declaration adherence are externally audited annually. Audit summaries are published on this site.
