Apply

~15 minutes · Free · Your own language

You submit your profile, credentials, and destination preferences through the secure aide portal. The application is free, in your own language, and entirely yours to keep — you can export your full profile at any time.

The team reviews every application within five business days. If we don't have a match, we tell you straight; we never park applications to make our numbers look healthier.

What we ask for

  • Basic profile (name, contact, current country)
  • Care experience (years, settings, references)
  • Credentials & training (certificates, transcripts)
  • Destination preferences (up to 3, or "open")
  • Readiness window (when can you travel)

Verify

2–3 weeks · RTO-administered · Clinically governed

The verify step is what makes NurseAider different from a recruitment agency. Every applicant goes through a structured clinical and language assessment run by a Registered Training Organisation partner — never by a recruiter, never by a facility.

You receive your full assessment record and can keep it for life, whether you proceed with NurseAider or not.

What's assessed

  • LLN (Language, Literacy, Numeracy) — AQF-mapped
  • Clinical screening interview with a named assessor
  • English language level (IELTS / OET equivalent or assessed)
  • Background and identity verification (chain of custody recorded)
  • Health screening and immunisation review
03

Match

2–4 weeks · Contract visible · No commitment

When a placement opens at a clinically audited partner facility that fits your profile, you receive a complete match brief: the facility, the role, the contract terms, the pay, the conditions, and the supervisor's name.

You can decline. If you decline, you stay in the cohort and the next match comes around. There is no penalty, no fee, and no pressure.

What you see before you sign

  • Facility name, location, and clinical audit summary
  • Named clinical supervisor and care manager
  • Full contract: hours, pay, leave, accommodation, breaks
  • Facility fee disclosure (what the facility pays NurseAider)
  • Independent legal review available, paid by NurseAider
04

Travel

6–10 weeks · Visa + onboarding + arrival

Once the contract is signed, the operations team manages visa lodgement, flights, accommodation handover, pre-arrival training, and supervised onboarding. The facility pays for all of it. Not one cent comes from you.

Your NurseAider passport — the portable record of your training, hours, references, and clinical performance — stays with you. When you finish a contract, you can re-apply to a different destination on the network, and the system already knows you.

What's covered

  • Visa application & legal fees (paid by facility)
  • Return flight from your home country
  • Pre-arrival cultural and language orientation
  • First-30-days supervised onboarding
  • 30/60/90-day welfare check-ins with NurseAider
  • Lifetime portable record across the network
